There are five sections in Carriage Lane. The deed restrictions for SECTION ONE are the EFFECTIVE deed restrictions for ALL SECTIONS. Deed Restrictions for SECTIONS TWO, THREE, FOUR & FIVE all refer to the SECTION ONE DEED RESTRICTIONS
