Pick up your copy at the Clubhouse Office on any Wednesday between the hours of 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
The handbooks are free and have lots of useful information for homeowners.

There are five sections in Carriage Lane. The deed restrictions for SECTION ONE are the EFFECTIVE deed restrictions for ALL SECTIONS. Deed Restrictions for SECTIONS TWO, THREE, FOUR & FIVE all refer to the SECTION ONE DEED RESTRICTIONS
